Marc Ramsay (Coach)

Marc Ramsay, a former amateur boxer, became a coach in 1995. Certified by the NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program) and the Pan American Sports Organizations. Trained the Canada National team from 2000 to 2004 and in 2010. Led Jean Pascal to the Athens Olympic Games and to the WBC light heavyweight world title. Coaches Artur Beterbiev, Eleider Alvarez, Oscar Rivas, David Lemieux et Christian Mbilli.

Andre Kulesza (Strength and Conditioning Coach)

Andre Kulesza earned a PhD in Physical Education from The University of Physical Education in Warsaw, Poland, widely regarded as one of the top programs in Europe and in the World.
Having been involved in high performance sport as an athlete all his life, he now concentrated his efforts towards teaching and coaching.
University professor, scientist, CSCS specialist and National Olympic Weightlifting Coach for Poland, Argentina and Canada, Dr. Kulesza helped his athletes excel at international events, winning Olympic medals and World Championship medals as well as numerous European, Commonwealth, Pan-Am, and National Titles.
As a result of his success, he started working with various other sports, achieving the same level of excellence. Dr. Kulesza has helped numerous athletes reach the absolute highest level in the world, including Olympic champions and medallists Sylvie Frechette, Penny and Vicky Vilagos, Kasia Kulesza, Bruny Surin, and Jacques Demers(Olympic Weightlifting) in addition to professional World Champions in boxing like Eric Lucas, Lucian Bute, Leonard Dorin, Joachim Alcine, Otis Grant, Adrian Diaconu, Berman Stiverne, Jean Pascal, Jonathan Power (professional squash) and many others.

Russ Anber (Cutman)

He’s a gym owner, cutman, trainer, manager, adviser, analyst and CEO/founder of Rival Boxing gear. Born and raised in Montreal, Canada, Anber has traveled the world, working with some of boxing’s best fighters in both the professional and the amateur ranks. A former host of his own TV show, “In This Corner,” Anber has also had a long career as an analyst covering professional, amateur and Olympic boxing.
As a cutman/cornerman, Anber has worked or is working with the following fighters: Deontay Wilder, Vasyl Lomachenko, Oleksandr Usyk, Ralph Hollett, Mario Cusson, Jean Pascal, Antonin Decarie, Dierry Jean, Manolis Plaitis, Chad Dawson, Troy Ross, Sergio Martinez, Odlanier Solis.

Karim Renno (Lawyer, Renno & Vathilakis)

Karim's practice focuses on class actions, franchise and distribution litigation, shareholder disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency, competition law, constitutional law, privacy law, employment law and securities law litigation.
He has amassed a vast experience and enjoys an excellent reputation with regard to private international law matters and injunctions, having argued before the Supreme Court of Canada on multiple occasions in cases involving such issues.
Moreover, Karim has represented some of the most important companies before all levels of Québec courts.
He is the founder and editor in chief of the "À bon droit" blog and contributes hundreds of case comments every year. In fact, his blog was named best practitioner legal blog in Canada for 2012 by the Canadian Law Blog Awards and was a finalist for Best Canadian Law Blog at the same awards in 2013 and 2014.
In 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017, he ranked as a Litigation Star in Benchmark Litigation and was cited as an Up and Coming litigator in the 2014 and 2015 editions of Chambers Global.
He is also recognized by Best Lawyers Canada as a leading practitioner for corporate/commercial litigation in Québec since 2015.
Finally, Karim was selected as one of Canada's top 50 litigators by Benchmark in 2017.

Damir Khayretdinov (Executive assistant)

Damir’s core competences include executive liaison affairs, special events management, media relations, translation and interpretation (English and French). Graduated from the School of International Relations (MA cum laude, St. Petersburg State University, Russia), Damir gained a vast experience in diplomatic protocol and VIP relations, back and front office operations and customer communications in his home country.
After moving to Canada he became a Montreal-based reporter for the Russian Sport-Express daily (circulation: 220,000 daily). While working for this leading national sports newspaper Damir interviewed numerous NHL stars (Evgeny Malkin, Ilya Kovalchuk, Pavel Datsyuk, Sergei Gonchar, Alex Kovalev, Ilya Bryzgalov, etc.), young prospects (Semyon Varlamov, Sergei Bobrovsky, Dmitri Kulikov, Nikolay Kulemin, etc.), coaching staff of Team Russia (Vladislav Tretiak, Zinetula Bilyaletdinov, Igor Kravchuk, Valery Belov) and tennis players (Dinara Safina, Svetlana Kuznetsova, Ana Ivanovic, etc.).
Being an integral part of Artur Beterbiev’s team, Damir participates in all discussions and negotiations, provides strategic consultation and guidance on all career-related decisions, provides high-level administrative support, manages organizational liaison affairs, monitors press reports, takes care of social media posts and assists Artur with various projects as required.
